Gracie Allen and George Burns leave their last filming of the "Burns and Allen Show"....1958. It ran from 1950 until 1958. I recall watching it with my grandma every week when we got our first Crosley T.V.
Fun fact: Nathan Birnbaum took that name when a Burns Brothers coal truck came down his street on the Lower East Side where he was born.

We had a Dumont.
Some of my favorite George Burns lines(which I occasionally use):
- When I was young, the Dead Sea was only sick.
- When he was 97 he was asked if he exercised. His answer? "At my age, the only exercise I get is carrying the caskets of my friends who exercised".
