The Jets have made their decision on Ryan Clady.
The team has informed the veteran offensive lineman’s agent that they do not intend to exercise their existing option for the 2017 season, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

As such, Clady will become a free agent.
The Jets save $10 million in cap space as a result of the move.
Clady joined the organization last offseason and suffered a shoulder injury in Week 2, eventually being consigned to the injured reserve list a month later.
Injuries have followed Clady throughout his career, in which he has appeared in just 29 out of 64 career NFL games.
