Revis goes off on Pats Fans On Instagram

I hate this stuff, but in some ways, I'm glad it shows his heart is here. And enough with this "hacked" stuff.
i want to give revis the benefit of the doubt about his account being hacked..
why post something like this only to deny it?? LOLz i mean he has to be social media savy enough to know more than just the guy he insulted was gonna read it..
The team is also supporting Revis' claim of being hacked. Also, as the link mentions, Revis is very image conscious. I doubt he would make such a poor error in judgement. He was able to block out all the profane attacks from Jets fans when he left too.

Revis is not stupid. Never has been. You really think he strung together all those comments, written in that way? C'mon now.
Can confirm #Jets are currently working with Facebook Sports, who oversees Instagram as well, on hacked account
Like I said, Instagram has been hit with a flurry of these lately. Three of our larger partners at WS were hit in the past 5 days
Any athlete or person with a large scale account should regularly stay in touch with FB Sports about account security/verification
I'm sure the "I was hacked" idea was not his. It was likely the Jets' PR people, because it's on page 1 of "Public Relations for Dummies." Anyone who is ever stupid online claims to have been hacked.
I agree that its mostly used as a lame excuse, but I think this is a rare instance where he may have actually been hacked, and I'm not saying that as a homer or Revis fan, IMO if he's being harassed by Patriots fans online he brought it on himself by playing for that d-bag organization in the first place in the pursuit of a ring, so now he has to deal with the ramifications, but I read those tweets and it does not sound anything like Darrelle Revis too me. I'm familiar enough with Revis to know when something sounds totally out of character, like the profanity and saying he has a bigger d**k, thats not Revis, he may be greedy, but he's image conscious and he doesn't talk that way.
His account was hacked. No pro athlete would be this stupid and show such lack of good judgement.

It's the latest social media train wreck, where people make dumb comments that they later come to regret.
100% agreed. Revis is not impulsive and protects the brand known as Revis at all costs...he also doesn't make decisions based on emotion. Reading those posts, I stopped after the first 3...those words being displayed to the public isn't how he does business...and football convos about his career are part of his business. I have zero doubt this was not him.
aside from revis making these comments drunk, high or having recently suffering blunt trauma to his head, these statements would seem to be out of character for him..
i believe him but more importantly in the grand scale of things why should we give a spit one way or another??
