100%, $6 mil that the Jets didnt even factor in. That + 2 mil right there can be for the Rookies.

Over the Cap has this move clearing over $7 million in cap space. It could be more as the Jets will get money back dollar for dollar up to $6 million if Revis signs a deal with a new team.

Agreed, we are now focusing on reality. We are 3 years out of competition unless we step in sh*t. Build it right. Teams are all going to approach the year differently after seeing what happened last year.
This is the rebuild this franchise desperately needs. Out with the old, across the board. In with the new.

2009 season was the best I have ever seen for a CB at anytime. Revis faced almost every top receiver that year and noticeably shut them down. Charles Woodson might have won the defensive player that year but Revis deserved it.
Hated that he always let money get in the way but it is a business. Just glad we got to see him in his prime. Time to move on. Father time waits on no one..

Great news, he was terrible last year and should have been benched. He was a great player but frankly a me 1st person that didn't give a dam about anyone but himself. Remember #24 it's just business...I say that God we have someone who has the balls to cut these over the hill, overpriced vets.... keep it going Mac!
