It's like almost the same exact situation. No qb but a good defense. I would say Buf has a better secondary and Watkins does put them over the top at offense. But Buf has the same problems. I would think if true Rex would learn better about not having a decent qb.

I think this is an upgrade for Buffalo. Rex will do a great job in Buffalo. Like someone mentioned before, it's the same situation, no QB.

They do have a great run game, great defense.

I wonder if we' hear Rex say, "we are the true NY team."

They may start out well but with his dumb decisions and no QB, after two years they will be celler dwellers and he will be on the chopping block again. Rex will be hard to play against. He is a master motivator and he will have his team running through walls to beat us. I know they already kicked our ass this year but it just got tougher for us.

Only bright side I see is that Brady will still face a rex Ryan defense.

Having said that, I see some conflicting reports. Manish is reporting that Rex wants to bring over his entire coaching staff and someone else said that he wants to keep Schwartz.

I honestly can't see him keeping Schwartz. They have a diff philosophy and if Rex doesn't coach the defense, wtf is he really going to do there? Just make the review decisions, call time out and when to go for it lol.
