Guys...... it all feels familiar, I get it. But seriously... WHo cares... The D showed up good. McCown, played like crap good.... We lost..... WHICH IS GOOD!!!! the higher the pick the easier it is to either A) draft the qb we need or B) have to give up less to trade up. Emotionally I wanted us to win and beat Fitz but ulitmately this season is going just fine.

1. Shows we have talent on both sides of the ball
2. team needs to grow and
3. Gotta get a franchise QB....

Keep you're head up this game was fine. you can put the narrative of Same ole Jets on it but the reality is Until we have the franchise QB it will always be the SOJ.... So it was good to lose.

Yea that is a different story..... With his track record I'm gonna put money on him discovering a franchise QB in Rd 6, 7 or some UDFA ... Cause he seems to do very well late in the draft... But I am Happy with Adams, Maye and yesterday I thought we started to see what Hansen can be... So 2017 Draft can be the corner stone of this franchise with those guys and possiby a few other guys having contributing roles

This is just another example of why I do NOT believe that Bowles is a good HC? I've been complaining about his lack of in game adjustments and that's what cost the Jets very winnable back to back to back. The only difference yesterday was that the Jets NEVER had momentum right from the opening whistle. Bowles saw this happening, he KNEW what was coming based on how flat they were and yet still no in game adjustments? Did anyone see him try something different because I certainly did not?

But it's safe to say that this is the end of our season. Now, we'll have to deal with various other deficiencies our HC brings to the table, like his unwillingness to let anyone besides the old, beat up McCown play. His very conservative approach when he has a lead and it doesn't matter if that lead is even one point, he goes into such a conservative shell that he plays not to lose. Been there, done that many times with HERM EDWARDS.

Count me in also... I have seen enough and consider him as part of the problem and not the solution. I posted on another site just last week that if the team continued to improve he would be retained. However, I also stated that I felt the team has plateaued and is really not getting better. The play has been about the same for all players, coaching has not improved and his reluctance to play anyone not named Mac at QB is mind numbing and frankly stupid.

Chris W should call woody and say Mac needs to run the team and let him make the personal and organizational decisions ...in other words, let Mac evaluate the teams' performance and act accordingly.

Wow I thought I was at a funeral today.....You guys are something. This has been a good season as we have won more games then I thought we would. We win a couple & some of you think we should win them all.......This is the start of rebuilding, It will take time. Just enjoy the games

J It does look that way......The TB I knew at AZ was the opposite balls to the wall.....make it happen don't let it happen........Maybe the big seats is too much for him or maybe this is what this team needs at this time in his book. ...I know on the AZ site we/I want him back if he leaves here.

That's the Bowles I want to see and what everyone thought we were getting, a make things happen type of guy. I feel the only reason Bowles has 1 win against the Pats was because of that coin flip fiasco in 2015.

I really do want to see him succeed here so I will try to be patient. What we don't need is another inexperienced HC coming in.

Maybe John Madden would like to come out of retirement....?....lol

Please 4 of the sacks this week were all on McCown. He was awful this week. it's amazing how good the OL is when the qb releases the ball quickly and how bad they are when the QB holds the ball way to long. Now I am not saying we don't need an upgrade but overall this OL has played well this year. As has McCown but this week he was awful and made them look worse than they were
