I get this email every year and always hope to join in on the call but I always get stuck in some type of meeting at work and hang up after the first few minutes. I have listened in before and some of the questions they receive from other ticket holder are beyond dumb....

I'll try to listen in and let you know if anything of value comes out of this. I'll try to ask a question or two. Any suggestions?
