semi OT: the green pants.

i don't remember exactly when it happen but at some point, the green on white (& especially) the white on white became our de facto preseason uniforms..

IMO, the green pants do nothing but make our classic AFL uniforms look tacky..

of course, in the grand scheme of things, this is light stuff.. but with the almost annual things for this fan base to dislike more & more about the franchise, why screw up the uniforms, just because??

I have always hated when we wear the same color jersey and pants. I like them offset. If I have a favorite its the white jersey green pants look but the green over white also woks for me.

I love the white jerseys with the green pants. My favorite combo, actually. Next is green jerseys with white pants. Next is all white. Bottom is all green.

But I don't get the hate for the green pants when they are worn with the white jerseys. I absolutely love that look.
