Should the Jets re sign CB Morris Claiborne?

I voted yes, but not because he is good. More because there is nobody else out there right now.
Yes. He can step in and solidify the #2 CB spot, allowing Poole to play nickel.
don't care at this point, yes he is good press cover corner but with Gregg Williams now running the defense we will be running a version of the Tampa 2 defense which primarily uses zone off man cover corners which Trumaine Johnson is and if need be Brian Poole along with Roberts and DJ could handle the other two corner spots...
I voted no because he takes too many penalties .

The team obviously feels pretty secure with Darryl Roberts as the #2 (pending any other transactions between now and Sept). When he’s played, he’s been OK. Nothing spectacular but serviceable. The key is TJ. He absolutely must have a bounce back season. Hopefully his pride took a hit, and GW will remind him how much money he stole from the team in 2018.
For these reasons, I say bring back Mo. His injury concerns haven’t really been a problem, and he’s a decent CB. Hasn’t lived up to the draft status from Dallas, but decent enough.

Has it occurred to anyone that there was a huge rise in blown coverages in 2018 ? I don’t think Mac is in the habit of throwing players, or former players under the bus , but if Claiborne is not brought back, I can only suggest there might be reasons other than cost of contract.
