He was the smartest QB they had in a long time, a Chad Pennington, but with a better arm. If it weren't for a knee injury, I still believe he would have been a playoff caliber quarterback. But he is now in broadcasting, (I think he's doing SEC football on a cable network) and seems happy doing it.
If he could be coaxed back, to support Wilson, I'd welcome him back in a heart beat.

He is recently a free agent. JD should bring a pen and share his hero sandwich with Josh. He won't remain unsigned long.
I have as many NFL snaps at the moment as the Jets quarterback room, combined!

But McGown wouldn't be a bad pickup, either.
