Unlikely to affect me in the foreseeable future, but apparently admission to Metlife is to be restricted to smartphone owners. Are these really so ubiquitous in the States? In the good ol' UK a lot of people don't have them, particularly older folk. Even so there is a concerted effort to 'encourage' smartphone takeup. The excuse for Metlife is that apparently paper tickets or printouts can be forged, whereas an image on a smartphone screen is secure!
