we all like harrison.. very good football player, good teammate & also seems to be a good guy as well..

Both Ivory and Harrison got stupid money. They were overpaid, but these teams have to spend money based on their caps. We replaced Ivory with Forte, now maybe Fairley for Snacks?

That is an insane amount of money for Snacks. I love his game, but at that money, he had better hope that his game isn't hurt by not being between Mo/Sheldon/Leonard.

If I'm Tom Coughlin, I'm pissed. The guy is the most respected coach in football and had the worst defensive players. They fire him for reeses poor work, then how all the guys tom needed.

I liked Damon, but come on now. We drafted the best Defensive player in the draft last year. I'am sure with one year under his belt, we wont skip a beat.
Snacks was basically a fat guy in the middle. I think Bowles wants his DL to get up field and Mo, Sheldon and Williams are tailor made for that type of game. Our 7th round pick last year can fill the role that Snacks did. Maybe not as well, but he can be fat. We will definitely miss him in the middle vs the run, but he is somewhat replaceable. He will always be one of my favorite Jets.
I think Snacks was good, but not 9 million a year good. There's no way Macc should've paid him that kind of money, even if he had the cap space. If there's a spot on our line that's replaceable, it's NT. Curious to see what Deon Simon can do. He's big enough, that's for sure.
