so do you believe social security will not have money for people to retire?

Personally, I am planning my future under the premise that there will be no help from Social Security.

Having said that, I agree with the article -- it's pretty much impossible for SS to "run out", because it will keep being collected each year (unless policy changes).

So yeah, maybe they'd run out based on current benefits, but once those numbers are adjusted the program is sure to continue.

Our society is getting more socialistic, not less, so I cannot envision a future that says "sorry, you gotta take care of yourself".

But what do I know . . .
