The Jets could make noise behind 22-year-old Sam Darnold, who was the NFL’s top quarterback over the final four weeks according to Total QBR, which adjusts for opponent quality and other situational factors. But he also struggled with turnovers and remains at an age when few quarterbacks have thrived.
Those two teams show just how strangely unpredictable this season is: people actually believe the Browns and Jets might be good."
