Steven Nelson rumors.

I've read several articles alluding to the arrival of Steven Nelson in time for training camp. I know he asked to be released. He would certainly be a good addition to our backfield. Has anyone here seen anything positive about the Jets pursuing him ?

I'm not going to get to excited about this because I've also read a couple of articles that have him headed to the eagles and one even says he's going back to the Steelers. I was just checking to see if any of you guys had heard something more certain.

I'm not even sure the Jets are interested in bringing in a vet at that position especially after they said that they weren't considering adding Sherman unless it was after training camp when they were asked about possibly adding him.
