Quickly Jets & fire Gailey & hire Norv ! Bowles is too scared to fire Gailey & hire Norv or even tell him to get his butt on the field during games. I guess Gailey is the head coach from his sky box. Bowles meanwhile stands on the field pouting while Players play half halfheartedly. No motivation to Players from Bowles or OC up in the sky box & it shows in games. Half of Browns game, Players werent even playing hard & after half they did. Thats bad.
