Teams that have never been to a Super Bowl

Four franchises - the Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars - have never even been to the Super Bowl.

Well, we're not very happy. But we have won a number of playoff games in the last decade or 2.

And thank God we are not on that list...

IMHO it's a new york thing..

national bias against arguably (i'm being diplomatic) greatest city in the world..

our jets have been an easy target..

What bothered me most about our recent rise to being a team everyone hated was that such a rise is usually preceded by the team winning something! I'd gladly be one of those teams everyone hates because they win a lot! It's less fun to be a team everyone hates because they are from a city that has other teams that win!

Among teams who have had a trip to the Super Bowl:

The Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, San Diego Chargers, and Tennessee Titans have each lost their only Super Bowl, while the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles are 0-for-2.

The biggest conference winners that can't seem to close the deal are the Minnesota Vikings and the Bills, who have both been to four Super Bowls with zero championships.
