Video unavailable, but the answer is they shouldn't have hired the loser in the first place. Replacing him now would likely end the season with the team having to learn another system but I believe it would be worth it if we could land a guy that can really coach and run an offense or at least hire someone that can run an offense. I think the player talent is better than it has been on the "O" line in some time excluding the receiver room. I would keep Crowder and Mims, hoping that Mims becomes the guy we believe he has the potential to be, and our TE situation is good, but we need receiver help big time. In a nut shell my opinion is that we lack coaching more than anything else.
