I truly believe this new regime is going to make all the pundits see the jets are no longer a joke of a franchise.

I have not been this excited since I found out we were hiring parcells.

The media hates the Jets and Rex had a lot to do with it with his BIG mouth. So i think your right.

Won't change the perception. The perception was never that rooted in reality. It was more media-contrived, fed into by the league and by fans of other teams.

I'll be surprised if anything changes in how the media, the league, and other fans treat the Jets.

I disagree sometimes no matter how much you want to hate on a guy/something you have to respect him unless your biased from the start.

if mac and bowles stay completely professional and do not feed into the media eventually they have to respect that.

I think they're biased from the start.

In other markets, hating NY is nothing new. In NY, the Jets are the "other" team, no matter what. So there's really nobody else with our backs.

I'd like to think it has something to do with the people in charge, but I've seen too many regimes, and heard the same old song and dance. Mangini didn't speak enough. Rex spoke too much.

Ultimately, I hope you are right, but I have far more faith in us, Jets fans, and this Jets front office than I do in outsiders.

but that's what will make winning another SB all the more satisfying..

It's the QB. If it wasn't the QB, they'd find something else. The haters just love ripping on the Jets.
