The entire AFC East should be 0-1 after tonight

The cheating doesn't hurt.

One must wonder how much they get away with that nobody hears about.
Let's think about this for a minute. Teams have cheated in football since the game was invented. From the skinny leather helmets with no face masks and poking in the eyes. To the rigging and paying off the Commissioner for the draft picks way back when. To the dirty hits and pulling jerseys and holding. To the vasoline and oil on the jerseys. To the sticky stuff the receivers, RBs and TEs put on their hands. To the deflated balls, defense faking injuries for breathers and video taping of the today. It's all apart of the sportsmanship of the game and if you can get away with it, then do it! The Pats just do it better then anyone else and rarely get caught. Besides the fact of having a all time great Owner, GM, HC, QB and TE. That helps also.

J82 is right, what Belichick does is not rocket science and frankly I don't know why more coaches don't do it, or if they do, not with the same level of success. Belichick's M.O. in a nutshell is to take away what you do best, thus what you like to do, and force you to beat him another way. So, for example, if the Pats were playing the Bengals today, its highly unlikely AJ Green duplicates the 12/180 he clipped us for today. BB would scheme all week to double Green all over the field and force the Bengals to beat him with someone else, and if his players miss an assignment, after being coached all week on what to do, they will be in his doghouse, they might never play again.

I don't know if Bowles planned to double Green on every play today, but if he didn't, then he didn't do what BB does, and if he did, then his players didn't execute the game plan.

Might also just be the Jets luck. Think about it, we had Belibitch as our HC for a day and then he quit on us. Lol

We had that scumbag as HC twice! And yet he never was HC for a single practice.

If you remember, when Parcells first came to the Jets, before the league negotiated a settlement, the Jets named Belicheat HC, and gave Parcells a front office title where he was in change of "football operations." Settlement reached between the Jets and Pats, Parcells becomes HC, Belicheat DC.

Then, of course, after Parcells steps down, Kraft's tampering with Belicheat leads to him being named HC a second time before immediately quitting.

Those dirtbags must have people on the payroll. Key penalties ALWAYS help them late. Bad snaps. It's just sickening.

Forgot about that but thanks for the reminder. Lol

To the sticky stuff the receivers, RBs and TEs put on their hands.

That sticky stuff is called "stickum" it was legal in the NFL until 1981.
Not only offensive players used it but made famous by the hard hitting Lester Hayes who used it to the extreme. They all use the super tacky glove now.

Of course, the Cheats get the Browns next week. So they won't even need any of their decent players.

Just ridiculous. I am more sick of them than I have ever been sick of a professional sports team. Their fans are some of the worst scumbags on earth, their owner is horrible, their HC may be the devil, their star QB is an absolute fraud.

Like I said Jets faithful, the Pats just find away to do better then most, if not all. Call it luck or fate or cheating or just coaching, schemes and better players but call it a win! I hate it as much as anyone but no Brady, no Gronk and a young inexperienced QB and they win on the road. Versus a former NFC championship team last year and the same solid NFC contending team this year. First game of the season at that! That is all about coaching, schemes and maybe better players. If not better players, then the coaching and schemes making their players better then what they truly are. Jets haven't had something like this since the Namath and Eubank days. Maybe the Parcells and Vinny days. Probably an eternity before we have it again!

It's not scheming that got the Pats a key penalty called on the Cards, or a bad snap on the game-winning FG. They played a team better than them, on the road, and caught all the breaks and an opponent that was awful.

Their coaching staff loses big games for them. The Colts a few years back, when Belichick gambled by going for it and lost? Denver last year, when Belichick's game strategy kept them from winning? But they always get the breaks, like that Ravens playoff game with the missed Cundiff chip shot.

Their coaches make arguably as many mistakes as any other team, but they can always count on the breaks.

Does it matter?? They are going 4-0 without Brady and might of 16-0 again.

Of course. It's amazing how they have gotten pretty much every flag for 15 years, and are convinced the league is out to get them.

Most laughably, Patriots fans think the league is in the Jets' pocket. Have they even watched a football game before? Seriously?
