The latest is former Raven Patrick Onwuasor (one-year contract), who played 443 defensive snaps last season and made 61 tackles and three sacks. The Joe Douglas/Baltimore connection strikes again. Baltimore tabbed Onwuasor as C.J. Mosley's replacement, but he struggled and was moved back to WLB after four games. A change of scenery might be good. The Jets now have six ILBs. Who's the odd-man out?

but Adam Gase used the signing of CJ Mosley and LeVeon Bell to get Mike Maccagnan fired so might be thinking both of them could be trade assets come draft time... Both are currently IR, so we would have to wait for them to take their physicals before they can be moved...

Very good point, although I hope you are wrong about Mosley. Was a game changing influence for one-half of one game - ugh.

well CJ Mosley played next to, Patrick Onwuasor in Baltimore so maybe they keep CJ...

but six Inside Linebackers is something...

I think he's more of an outside LB - the Ravens tried him inside last year after Mosley - but moved him back outside - looks like depth for Jenkins & Basham. Any success he has experienced has come outside

they play a 3-4 defense there are two inside linebackers, Onwuasor tried playing the "MIKE" after Mosley left but they moved him back to "WILL" spot...

I wonder how much COVID-19 might hurt the Jets here. The obvious trade candidate would be AW. But a team might not deal for him if they can't give him a thorough physical.

again right now all of our player(s) and other player(s) throughout the league that ended the year on IR, are trapped... If they were meant to be free agents then they can try to sign anywhere but if a player is under contract the team and the player are tied together until said player can be seen by a doctor and cleared...

Both CJ Mosley & Avery Williamson are in that boat...

both Williamson & Mosley are on IR and under contract unless they are going to release one with failed physical destination neither will be moved until thereafter they are able to take that end of the year physical... why simple release a talent like Williamson when he has trade value...

I love Williamson's game with the Jets. My question is, do you keep him in a position of strength when his cap room (and perhaps a pick) could be used to strengthen a weakness on the team.
