Ok so here's how I see it
Big game this week for NE vs Dolphins
Pats need this to keep us alive for # 1 pick
Next week Pats need to beat Bills and Dolphins travel to Raiders , Raiders will need game.
If that goes well,for us , at least NE will be in a possible playoff position entering final week and Belichick will,destroy anything that looks like , talks like , or dresses like a Jet in the final week .
I can't believe I'm rooting for NE these final 3 weeks

Well I've already rooted for them once this season. I know I can do it again.
So the Patriots are going to end their season by being the only team to lose to the winless Jets? What a humiliation. Besides Belichick probably knows that Fields may be the better prospect in the modern NFL (think Wilson, Jackson, Watson). He could screw us by deliberately WINNING the game and thus forcing us to take Lawrence. Curse that Belichick, whatever the result we are screwed!

To me it's just not "Kraft-like" or BB-ish based on their history to trade up. BB always liked the "BOGO" deals.
In other words, they're cheap!
Seriously, if BB had a flaw (not counting honesty of course) it's he's not the best drafter IMO.
