Decker lost for the season is a huge blow to Gaileys system that relies on 3 WR's. We seen how bad Gaileys Offense is without Decker & Gailey doesnt know how to design RB plays for yards & runs a vanilla run up the middle against strong fronts. I dont know if Gailey even knows how to use a TE in his plays unless put in as a WR slot. Time is running out with this pathetic play calling on Offense & Decker injured is another nail in it. Fire Gailey like Ravens/Bills did to their OC to have a chance to save their seasons or at least stop a 3-13 Jets season. Bowles & MM do it & make Petty starting QB.
