Todd Dowling calling plays, no longer Hackett

Well if we look at what he was in Tennessee then not much changes. If Rodgers plays better, OL blocks, run the ball and WR's catch then they will be better.
And now we have a HC with a way better win %.
So what does Hackett actually DO now? Does he still draw up the plays? I just watched a Youtube video breaking down the Jets running game which shows our linemen being ragdolled by defenders and tight ends crossing the formation to completely miss the block they were supposed to make. How is somebody else calling the same plays going to make them more successful? Or stop our guys jumping when Rodgers uses cadence?
Just get your popcorn ready. It will be spectacular either way it goes.
Hopefully Bricks foot is bigger when it strikes the rear end of the player getting those stupid pre-snap penalties which are one of the biggest creators of negative yards and lost momentum that stall drives. If that's the only thing that changes, and I don't believe that will be the case, that alone will be a huge benefit to the offense's success. We are losing games not so much because the defense is giving up points but because the offense can't sustain a drive and score points. I think Downing has had success as a play caller whereas Hackett had to count on Rogers to make changes to his plays so they would work. I see this move as an upgrade. I don't know how much of an upgrade but definitely an upgrade.

Thats about all for Hackett. Rodgers probably still wants him there and if he stays out of the way then it's ok. If he meddles and gets in Rodgers ear then it's time to go.
Have you heard of the term fluffer?
I guess that is all he has left to offer Rogers now.
They don't want him anywhere near Tyrod or Jordan Travis.
