Assuming the starters don't play much, I will be watching these 5 roster battles vs Detroit
1 - 5th and 6th WR - Decker, Marshall, Smith, and Kerley are locks, that leaves one or 2 spots up for grabs - Who among the group of Enunuwa, Evans, Powell, Posey, Owusu, Hakim. Graham, and Rumph really looks like a possible contributor
2 - 2nd strong offensive line - Who goes out with the 2nd string offensive line, how long do they play, and how good do they look? That will say a lot about what those final 3 or 4 roster spots might be. Does Dakota Dozier play center a lot? If so, Freeman could be vulnerable?
3 - Backup inside LB - David Harris and Demario Davis are the starters, but how do Erin Henderson, Joe Mays, Jamari Lattimore, and Taiwan Jones are fighting for 1 or 2 spots, should be fun to watch
4 - 2nd string defensive ends - With Richardson suspended, Wilkerson, Williams, and Harrison are the starters. TJ Barnes looks solid as back up NT, but what about DE? Steady Leger Douzable and veteran free agents Stephen Bowen, Ronald Talley and Kevin Vickerson are fighting for 1 or 2 spots. Rookies Jordan Williams and Davon Walls might have to impress this week to stay in the conversation
5 - 3rd and 4th Safety - Pryor and Gilchrest are the starters but Jaiquawn Jarrett, Rontez Miles, Durrell Eskridge and maybe CB Darrin Walls will fight for the final 2 positions
