Honestly, the Flight Crew doesn't need Halloween costumes to look scary.
I've never seen such an unattractive cheerleaders squad, NFL or College.
If Denise Garvey who runs the Flight Crew was smart, she would let a panel of straight men judge the auditions and narrow it down to the finals, then in the finals Denise can choose the best dancers if she wishes, but at least she'll be choosing from a pool of the hottest applicants. IMO she places too much emphasis on dancing and not enough on beauty. This would remedy that.
