Muhammad Wilkerson, Devin Smith and the 20th Pick in the Draft to Cleveland for the #2 Pick in the Draft.
With the #2 Pick we select Carson Wentz or Jared Goff, probably Wentz, but the Titans are not taking a QB so we have first dibs, we can choose the guy we want, and even if some team trades into the #1 spot, we are still assured one of these potential franchise QB's in the 2-hole.
DE and WR just happens to be two big needs for the Browns, its arguably their two biggest needs assuming they feel good about RG3 at QB, and they get to fill DE with an all-pro caliber player in his prime. Smith is a local kid (Ohio State) who can stretch the field, a recent high 2nd RD Pick who still has a nice upside if he can stay healthy. And they get to stay in the first round with this trade as well. They don't lose their first round pick entirely, they simply slide down the board 18 spots.
Of course this only makes sense for Cleveland if Hue Jackson is committed to RG3, and he's still a young QB.
