i have to admit at the beginning of last season, i had the same complaints that Rex Ryan had with Saleh.
then, i started noticing the team started doing little things correctly...we weren't winning games, but we started making most of them close.
the other thing i noticed was that after the stretch of possibly the worst defensive showings in team and league history, there was no quit.
then, when our offensive skill positions looked like a hodge podge patch work to field a unit, they looked like a unit on the same page.
the results weren't rosy, because we were lacked talent to win individual match ups, but the upgrade in the level of coaching was obvious over the last decade.
