It's hard to gauge. He was thrown in on a rush, and right now, he looks like he is overwhelmed and in over his head. The team is playing worse in all three phases and the defense has gone from elite to one of the worst in the league.

He may end up being a hellavu good coach, but he was thrusted into an impossible situation.
