Yup, there goes the split! Pats were winning the SB this year anyway. So now they go from winning 11-12 games and having to win mostly road playoff games games to 15-16 and they roll through the playoffs with home field to the SB victory regardless.

As long as get that tenth win then the wild card is definitely in play, strongly I might add. If they only win 9 games then a wild card spot is very slim. There will be 5-6 other teams that will or possibly will be in that 8-9 win range.
