This move screwed the Dolphins more than it would have helped the Jets.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!F%^% him, F$$%^ the Dolphins!
yup. cost them way too muchThis move screwed the Dolphins more than it would have helped the Jets.
Ross is trying to defend his title as the NFL's worst owner. Hope he prevails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the Jet stigmas remain
can't wait for Whitehead to clean his clock next season not to mention when we deploy our new improved Wide 9 set going to eliminate those end rounds, wildcat and runs to outside. hope Tua has eyes in the back of his head because the pressure is going to come from everywhere.
very well could be because I can't imagine JD giving up that much for himHe lives in Miami. Hills agent probably begged the Jets to put in an offer to bid up the Dolphins.
i agree... last year, the injury bug caught up to him. once that happens to a speedster, it normally continues to hamper the speedster. This move screwed the Dolphins more than it would have helped the Jets.
Yes, but not just any receiver. He’s looking for a difference maker .so now we can play the what if game.......take the same offer and go to SEA about DK. I'm not personally advocating it - that guy has his own diva/maturity demons....but it's apparent Joe D wants a WR.
LOL
Swing and a miss.

What I don't get is why they wanted Hill when they seem have a younger cheaper version in Moore. Both are about the same size and close in speed. Hill has run a 4.29 40 and Moore has clocked in at 4.32.Lets reiterate exactly what happened. Yes there were 7 teams initially that were involved with the Tyreek Hill trade but the Chiefs also gave Hill and his agent permission to seek a trade.
While Hill's agent who is also close to the Miami Dolphin's organization was letting them know that he would love to come home and play closer to South Beach, Joe Douglas gave an offer that the Kansas City Chiefs were ready to accept.
That is when the Chiefs went to Hill to let him know that the Jets were the team willing to trade for him and work out a new contract prior to the trade being finalized then the Dolphins came in to the fray. Drew J Rosenhaus got the offer the Jets were willing to pay Tyreek and shared it with the Dolphins who came in with a basically a fully guaranteed deal. $72.2 M guaranteed this year and in the new league year next year the rest of his 4 year $120 M becomes full guaranteed, and he gets to go home reason why he took the deal with Miami.
Doubt there are any concerns about Moore in fact I think they are sky high on this kid. JD is just layering talent to give young QB as much opportunity to succeed as possible. My guess is he’ll be adding at least one probably two WRs in the first 4 rounds. Don’t take that as a slight on Moore either. What I don't get is why they wanted Hill when they seem have a younger cheaper version in Moore. Both are about the same size and close in speed. Is this an indication that they have doubts about Moore?
this offense is predicated on route runners and slot receivers. to get a veteran with blazing track speed will open things up for Moore and hopefully Corey Davis. the hope would of been that Mims would be that guy but only until he proves he is that guy. they plan to draft one maybe two receivers but you don't bank on rookies to be that guy. What I don't get is why they wanted Hill when they seem have a younger cheaper version in Moore.
