Why can't the jets (and other teams) test all players and have offseason workouts in Arizona or Florida?

A suggestion I read somewhere, one of the NFL reporters most likely, was to clean and check the team facility. Then test the players before allowing them to use the facility followed by a quarantine at the facility of the players with further testing as necessary. It wouldn't be convenient to say the least but it sounds feasible and would allow the team members to get acclimated to one another on the playing field. I'm sure there are other ideas like this floating around the NFL right now.

Just read that team facilities are being allowed to open Tuesday as long as they meet certain criteria with limited personnel and activities. It's a start.

The one caveat is it will be dependent on local/state rules, which could be a problem in NJ.
