Jets WR Vyncint Smith will miss 5-8 weeks due to surgery to repair a core-muscle injury, a source confirmed. (NFL Network report.) Tough couple of weeks for the WR corps. Josh Doctson opted out, Denzel Mims injured a hamstring and now Smith.

Too bad. I hope Vyncint heals fast and well. Mims should be OK soon but he's missing a lot of reps but what can you do ?
