I read an article about how AB was 7 catches away from a $300k bonus. And that Brady was intentionally freezing him out of the offense. Which is why AB went apeshit. If true? I don't really blame him for losing his cool.
On a more serious note, I know highlights make any player look awesome but that kid from Alabama, WR Williams looks down right amazing. His speed is blazing. His quickness is unreal. And his route running abilities look A+.
Cant wait to get our veteran Corey Davis back because a younger duo of Elijah Moore and Jameson Williams would become down right Offensive electricity.
OT: Evan Neal (Alabama). 1st round.
WR: Jameson Williams (ALABAMA). 1st round.
TE: Jalen Wydermyer (Texas A&M). 2nd round.
QB: Zach Wilson.
LT: Mekhi Becton.
LG: Alijah Vera-Tucker.
C: Connor McGovern.
RG: ?
RT: Evan Neal.
WR: Corey Davis.
WR: Jameson Williams.
WR: Elijah Moore.
WR: Braxton Berrios (must resign).
WR: Denzel Mims.
TE: Jalen Wydermyer.
RB: Michael Carter.
Now THAT is an Offense worthy of being excited about.
Then use our 2nd/3rd/4th/4th/5th/5th all on Defense!
re-sign(must resign)
Need a well rounded Tight End not a vertical option... He has some way to go from a technical standpoint. He needs to demonstrate that he can consistently use angles to seal off running lanes downfield. There are also improvements, like getting stronger especially upper body strength. Unless he cleans this up we will have a big body guy that can not block and won't be a 3 down player...TE: Jalen Wydermyer.
Unpolished deep threat that is about in the same place as Denzel Mims is with route stem... Focus drops are a concern, he is a big play guy that is still developing... If we spend a first on a receiver has to be an accomplished guy... Jahan Dotson, Treylon Burks, or George Pickens...WR: Jameson Williams.
Mekhi Becton at left tackle, George Fant at right tackle and Chuma Edoga as swing tackle... Claiming Senat shows they are focused on building the depth at certain positions... McGovern and Feeney have the center position anchored... So the main position has a doctor and a once upon a time that need some new blood... Again doesn't have to be first round...RT: Evan Neal.
I’ll say one thing for you, when you focus on something the blinders go on and you don’t see anything else. Figure that’s the way it was with Darnold when he was coming out and with Lawrence . Wydermyer is exactly like Yeaboah and we saw what happened to him . You can’t block you don’t play .At 6'5/255 lbs? I believe he can develop into a very strong run blocking TE but I just want an explosive weapon @ TE moving forward and they don't get any more explosive than Jalen Wydermyer.
Jalen Wydermyer previous 3 years =
34 games.
118 receptions.
16 TDs.
Trey McBride previous 3 years =
27 games.
153 receptions.
9 TDs.
I'm not some NCAA football guru but I do know that Jalen Wydermyer has absolutely feasted and destroyed the SEC (as did Kyle Pitts) which is by far the greatest Defensive Conference in all of college Football and Trey McBride has feasted against a joke Defensive Conference known as the MWC. Put McBride into the SEC and I'd almost bet his run blocking doesn't look as good.
During his 3 career games vs. ALABAMA? Jalen Wydermyer has combined for 14 catches for 204 receiving yards and 3 TDs. That is insane.
is raw, no route stem can not block and has limited functionable strength but made some plays that we signed him to the practice squad...Kenny Yeboah
7 catches for $333 KI read an article about how AB was 7 catches away from a $300k bonus. And that Brady was intentionally freezing him out of the offense. Which is why AB went apeshit. If true? I don't really blame him for losing his cool.

I believe anyone can developI believe
he was stated of saying he was too hurt to return7 catches for $333 K
88 yards for $333k
1 TD for $333 I
Arians told him to get back in so they could feed him the ball and get him the $1 million, that's he lost his mind and walked out of the stadium...
Brady vouching for him was the only reason he had a job. Too much drama with him. Cant imagine anyone signing him again..... But some team probably will![]()
Agree that we have to draft OL early, but 25th in sacks allowed is not solely attributable to the OL. Young QB has something to do with that as well. You've gotta draft O-Line 1st round. Why? 25th in sacks allowed.
And I'm absolutely in love with Jameson Williams. Did you see what he did to a historically All-Time great 2021 Georgia Defense? 7 catches for 184 receiving yards and 2 TDs. Those 184 receiving yards vs. Georgia = 2nd most receiving yards during an SEC Championship Game of All-Time (30+ years).
This kid is the next great SEC WR (on an NFL level).
Williams and Elijah as a WR duo would become our next Toon/Walker, Keyshawn/Chrebet and/or Coles/Moss (in terms of electricity).
oh damn @Old#15 you put your foot in your mouth - Zach Wilson can do no wrong in his eyesYoung QB has something to do with that as well.
it is not about opening a freeway but blocking properlyIt's not only protecting Zach Wilson that the Offensive line needs help. Its opening up holes for the RB to get bigger gains. The Center, RG, RT position did a very poor job of accomplishing this task.
here is the problem Mike White and Joe Flacco had some clear blind spots of free rushers that they did not adjust for...It wasn't just Zach Wilson.
Mike White took 4 sacks in limited playing time and Joe Flacco took 2 sacks as well.
The Jets O-Line leads the NFL in free pass rushes allowed. All season long, our QBs have been under pressure.
Not to be argumentative but some of that is on the QBs shoulders. To be fair, Wilson has also avoided sacks with his athleticism that others would have taken. It wasn't just Zach Wilson.

like Zach the OL play over the last few weeks has improved especially in run blockingIncluding this year.
