I am extremely frustrated with the Jets loss. Of course the Jets losing any game is frustrating but what I’m extremely frustrated about is the fact that one of my best friends that I’ve known for over 30 years is a diehard Steelers fan. So you know I had to deal with his bullshit Condescending trolling.
That’s the most frustrating part for me today, but on the other hand, I am extremely happy by the way the Jets offense played. Yes they lost but what I was most looking forward to seeing was could Justin Fields live up to truly playing quarterback, and he did. I was truly impressed and happy with what I saw from him today.
If he can keep this up and stay healthy, the Jets will be in a lot of games and win lotta games. A lot more than we all thought! The defense lost this game and the fumble by Gibson, changed the entire momentum of the game and some teams like the Steelers, you just can’t make mistakes like that!

My best buddy is a Steeler fan. He usually gives me shit, but I told him pregame that the game was already over and the Steelers won. Nothing to be proud of. The jets are awful.

So I was pleasantly surprised to see the offense was able to move the ball and get points on the board. We were efficient and we have a really good running game (either that or Pittsburgh can't stop the run for shit).
That being said, the defense needs a lot of work. Pass rush did it's thing, but we are still suspect covering the middle of the field and Stephens looks like he is going to be a huge liability if Aaron Glenn and Co. can't fix his issues.
Tough loss today and we probably win if Gipson didn't fumble that ball away (he is still the same player he was last year, I was waiting for "when" this dude muffs a punt or fumble aways the ball, and unfortunately he didn't disappoint).

No morale victories (Agreed!!!!). But they can't hang their heads and quit after one loss LOL.
Honestly I'm thinking this is a 5 win team, but they played beyond my expectations today. Lets see what next week brings.
