Next year Petty with a young OL & young WR's plus a young TE.....lets not expect 16 wins lol
This kid gets ridiculous separation and thats about more than just speed, there are plenty of fast WR's in the league who can't get the kind of separation this kid consistently gets, its Wesley Walker'esque. Granted it doesn't matter if he doesn't improve his hands, but lets not forget, coming into this year we all said the same thing about Enunwa, terrific size and skills but had to improve his hands, and he did. Hopefully Anderson can do likewise in the off-season.

Again, we said the exact same thing about Enunwa last year. You could see the upside, the size, speed, strength, route running and blocking, you could see the kid had a high ceiling, but the dropped passes were alarming. I said all off season, if he gets on the juggs and improves his hands, he can be a really good player. Well he did, far fewer drops this year, and he's a much better player. I feel the same way about Anderson, he can be one of the elite HR hitters in the league, just has to improve his hands.Anderson caught a TD. Nice job.
But he also looked like shit dropping multiple passes tonight.
Big picture.

Its been a LONG TIME since I've seen a Jets WR who consistently gets the kind of separation Anderson does downfield. I don't think I've seen that from a Jets WR, as consistently as I see it from Anderson, since Wesley Walker. If Petty was more accurate with his deep balls tonight, Anderson could have caught three TD passes of 40+ Yards.Sorry, but I have to disagree. He's a rookie that has insane speed. He's dropped a lot of passes tonight, but I like his hands. Give it some time. This kid is worth developing............

The tiebreaker is strength of schedule and there's no way the Bears had a tougher schedule than us. We had one of the toughest schedules in the league this year, if not the toughest. The team with the weaker schedule gets the tiebreaker.Couldn't the Jets still get the 4th overall pick? Chicago Bears have the same record as us. What's the tiebreaker??

Why is Gailey having Petty throw on that pick? Like somehow we are going to catch up?

Going into tonight's games it was very close with Chicago. The tiebreaker is strength of schedule and there's no way the Bears had a tougher schedule than us. We had one of the toughest schedules in the league this year, if not the toughest. The team with the weaker schedule gets the tiebreaker.
