Marcus Williams is so feast-or-famine. I'll take the PAW (Pick a Week), but he needs to be more consistent when he's not making picks. If he ever got that done, he would be legit.

Besides the picks, he is better than you might think in coverage. He really took the time to learn a lot from Revis last year, and he is now getting pretty damn good in turning his head around on time.
