I forgot to mention that in all my other post today but that is so true! While we struggle to win with our supposed savior QB, the Pats are winning with their second and third stringers. LOL, this is too damn funny!!!

Yes he did but he also set records. Or atleast during that time he did and he also won us a SB. Can't beat that. Broadway Joe was a franchise QB and if he would have taken better care of himself, not partied so much and got more into his playbook, who knows how good he could have been. One of the greatest of all time possibly.

Yeah but Namath was a gunslinger who had a cannon for an arm, his game was predicated on throwing the ball down the field, those guys are always going to throw a lot of picks, but you live with it if they are making a ton of explosion plays too, and throwing a lot of TD's.
Not sure why you are happy when your point gets proven. You're ecstatic that Fitz sucked today and last week in a post you said something along the lines of "unfortunately, Fitz did well this week".

Ok-Ok your right. Maybe no one here did say he was a savior but a lot of Jets fans seem to think we can win with this guy and I don't see why? I'm not talking about 10-11 games and a playoff win but the whole damn thing. I'll give you the 10-11 wins and maybe even a playoff win but nothing more and if this is the case, then what's the point? I'd rather go 8-8 with a younger player and see if he's the answer then be set up for the big let down with Fitz. Now ofcourse the players and couches don't feel that way and it seems most Jets fans don't either but I do.
6 INT's is misleading, it easily could (should) have been 8, 9 or even 10

This has always bugged me about some Jets fans, who would rather be right that "Player X" sucks than be wrong for the good of the Jets.
Someone asked Bowles if he considered pulling Fitz and he said NO, because the game was not out of reach.
