As bad as the Jets have been and we've been pretty bad, we haven't been in every game for the majority of the time. Even against the Chiefs, we were in it until Fitz's fifth interception.
Our offense needs to play to their potential. Defense gives up big plays but overall get control of the game as it progresses.
Gailey needs to help Fitz out. Call screen plays, running plays. Let him get in a rhythm, he's a rhythm qb.

I don't think we loss either. Monday night is not just another game and the Jets will give it 100%; however our secondary needs to clean up their act for us to win.
As much as i would absolutley love this move, i highly doubt they will play Bryce if the Jets are still in contention of making a playoff push.
I feel like it can go two ways:
1-Geno Smith gets placed into action after this game until we're out of it.
2-The November trade deadline comes along and Mac cant get anything for Smith as the true colors start to unravel in why they kept Smith. Just trying to get something for him as they feel Bryce is ready to take on the back up role for the rest of the season and the only reason why they kept #7 on the roster is because Petty got hurt.
I for one hope Fitz turns it around....Though as we all know, our struggles run deeper than Ryan.
Who knows, maybe Bryce gives this team a spark we've all been waiting for if he is Fitz back up in November. Hopefully, the season wont be lost at that junctior.
So only a few weeks ago we were laughing and the speculation was how long would Rex last. Hasn't lost since and is a game behind the Pats.
Oh and Miami sucks so bad. We're behind them.

If we lose tomorrow then I will have lost complete interest until Petty or Hack is the starter. This team is old and lacks a QB. Thats a horrible recipe. We need a completely new OL and we should follow the Dallas blueprint. It really sucks as a fan when your team gives you no hope. Oh well, same ole same ole.
There's always the two Pats games left worth winning just to annoy them.
If nothing else, if they ever have a home game like the Giants had today, it would be worth all the mishegas that is the 2016 New York Jets
Time for the defensive line to show they are the strength of this team. Iupati is out and they should take advantage of it. I have my doubts. I think this will always be a good run stopping line and never a great pass rushing line. I don't see the pass rushing moves on anyone. I see way too many times just a vanilla offensive line able to easily block the 4 of them which leaves 5 offensive guys available to move the football. Time to step it up boys.
Not to rain on anyone parade but color this a "L". I have no faith what so ever that this CS can motivate this team to play competitively. There is no leadership , no emotion and most of all no accountability.

I hate MNF, it's goes too late and I'm either too pump to sleep or too pissed off......usually the latter.

So much negative. We win this thing 35-24 IMO.
Let the ass thrashing begin. Three more hours to the Cardinals throttling the Jets, 31-10! F-ints-Patrick throws 3-4 ints and fumbles 1-2 and these idiots still don't bench him. Defense gets torched for about 300 yards and run on for about 125. I love my team as much as any true Jets fan does but I'm a realist and let's just face it, it is what it is!
