That's the very definition of insanity as We all know.

No shortcuts in today's NFL, but with the right people in the Key positions a quick turnaround is possible.

I wanted Dart, I did. He went way to early imo and the Giants made a move I didn't see coming.
Rodgers didn't respect Saleh, He wouldn't have respected Glenn.
I can't say how it would have went because it's the Jets.
Murphys Law applies to this Team every Season.
They could have done that with Rodgers and Dart and it could have went the other way.
Rodgers could be on the IR and Dart gets ruined by yet another in over its head Coaching Staff.
Going by the Jets history, which outcome is more likely?
