What do you think I am sold out for Rex? Don't insult me. That's impolite.

Rex had his fair share of shortcomings, but at the end of the day, he is still a MUCH better coach than crappy Bowles. The NFL is a results oriented business. Rex may not have won a SB ultimately, but he still produced far more results than Bowles. Bowles has bottomed out in his second season, and don't pretend you don't know what I'm talking about?

AGREED. Just the same, Rex Ryan is a MUCH better HC than Bowles will ever be..........

I hate to use cliches here, but we can't stop a nose bleed right now. Man, that's disheartening. I hope Marcus Williams is all right, at least. No one can even make a play in the backfield.

no I am not insulting you. Just a question.

Im with you. Rex is way better than Bowles. The team came to play for Rex. Haven't see that with Bowles since he's been here. Rex's flaws to me were as follows:

1. Team showed up for certain games but would always have a let down game.
2. He was a bit stubborn and couldn't switch things up so we have the advantage.
3. Always made the wrong choice on offense.
4. Undisciplined and showed no improvement from day one to the end of his fifth year.

as for Bowles, I see no positives. He's awful.

It's hard to disagree with this, although I would add that Rex never had the full support of the GM. They never provided him with the talent he needed after the 2010 season. I will always wonder what could have been if the GM supported Rex and got him the talent?

We have a pretty good Run D & the pass d is as bad as it gets. Players plus we have three of a kind on the line

Not really. I have thought about it a lot, but this team still has plenty of young talent in the right spots. This season is very clearly a huge disappointment for most fans. Most fans claimed the Jets would be 10-6 again this season. They'll be lucky to win 5 or 6 games the way this season has started. The buck ultimately always falls on the HC...
