So you don't think this team has enough talent to be better than 3-5? I certainly do and this is why I think the HC is incapable of motivating this team.

I also really think that the GM misallocated our draft choices. Mac SHOULD have drafted an OL in the first two rounds. That's a glaring weakness that everyone can see. Meanwhile, I question how well the 1st rounder fits into Bowles 3-4 hybrid defense and the QB is a long term project with a minimal chance at succeeding.........

Well the team did show up (surprised) in the 1/2 today ... so sorry about that. What I am curious about is richerson and wik were benched in 1st Q.
Also, MJ I am sorry but I respectfully disagree that Rex is a better coach. He isn't, his teams were just as flawed as this team is with respect to coaching and accountability. AS far his his motivational skills let's not forget be humiliated more then a few times by NE and other teams when his teams failed to show up... or how about every time his team had a bye they lost...same as TB.

PS. They only thing that saves his ass is the 1st two years and if you recall he didn't even know he had a chance to make the PO in his 1st year. talk about be aware...

I like Lee and I think he'll be a very good linebacker for us, however, I wasn't opposed to them drafting an offensive lineman. Having said that, I remember reading that Maccagnan tried trading up for Tunsil but Miami took him before we can get him

In other words, Tunsil or another Offensive Lineman was Mac's FIRST choice. Darron Lee was his second choice, hence the reason the guy appears to be the proverbial square peg in the round hole. And even after that.......WHY didn't he take another OL in the second round? This team is TERRIBLE in the trenches.........
we have a ton of holes so if he drafted a olineman, lb we'd be discussing lb.
fitz didn't see the big lb, interception. Disappointing, I guess we are getting close to Petty
