I thought the same thing when Jerry Jones put Stephen Jones as the CEO and Director of Player Personnel for the Cowboys. Especially since he said clearly he will have the final say on all matters... But it has made a huge difference for the Boys and that's with Jerry still in the room.... Woody won't have any say on what's going on Day Day .... Not saying things will change but certainly their is a much greater chance now thing can change

I saw things go south when the BB Cards went from one Busch to another.

I saw things go north for the football cards when one Bidwell took over for another Bidwell.
