Westhoff reveals more cheating in NE

He was just on with Michael Kay and told a story about when the Jets hired Mangini away from NE and he stayed on as Special Teams Coach. The first time they played NE Westhoff handed a copy of his Patriots scouting report to Mangini, and Mangini responded ... "I've already seen it."

Its not, and its also naive to think it was only the Jets scouting reports they had. If getting their hands on scouting reports was a part of their spying operation, IMO its reasonable to assume they had a lot more than just the Jets.

Well, they had a video library of every teams' play signals. They probably have a paper library of every teams' scouting reports too. Now we know how Bellichik prepares for games. Just goes into the library and looks up the stolen material on the next opponent.
