Any truth to the rumor that Polite is teaming up with Hackenberg in operating a hot dog truck in suburban Schenectady? Supposedly they'll use only the finest cuts of meats in the hand made sausages with no artificial binders or by products. Lots of modern style toppings and artisanal buns (even a gluten free variety), too. Go to it and felicitations, gentlemen.
