What do the Jets need to do in order to change the culture?

In fact, I think it is as simple as getting this coaching hire right. I think they've got the right GM already. Looking beneath the surface, some promising signs from this year's rookie class and other young players, and a boatload of draft picks in hand. The snarky comments about the Johnsons are simply silly, the only thing they have really done wrong is hire the wrong people. As I said, I think that the football operations are in really good hands with JD, the best hands they've been in for a long, long time. And all indications are that the new coach will be Joe Douglas' hire, and the coach will also report to JD, instead of the dysfunctional parallel reporting structure they've had for a while. If they get the right coach and he gets them moving in the right direction, the culture will be on its way to getting changed. Winning fixes all.

Yeah I read that too but the Falcons put out a statement saying that was false. Maybe they were just covering their own ass. Who knows?
What does Jets need to change? Easy answer is same as Mets did ,a new Owner. I can hardly keep from laughing just thinking who Johnson picks as head coach. Johnson will pick someone who has a great QB they drafted and think he will fix Darnold. There is 2 guys to consider to handle Jets, NY media to build respect back that we got with Rex Ryan until they striped team bare. 2 are 49ers Defensive coach or Eagle coach they just fired for 2 stupid reasons at QB and GM who cant draft and had coach lose so he could get a higher draft pick because GM is stupidly bad. Those 2 are it, and them our GM needs to keep Darnold for last year while drafting BYU Zack Wilson at QB to sit behind Darnold who will look better but not great. I prefer one of those 2 coaches with one a championship caliber with awful drafted team and a young energetic, exciting motivated defensive coach that helped bring respect back to 49ers with his great defense. Not hard to cover hiring one of them at coach while drafting a QB to learn behind Darnold in last year saving Jets money after next year with BYU new QB in rebuilding.
