The Jets are'nt running a Re-Hab, if he has this surgery he will be out 6 months. If Cooper is gone, Kevin White WR has to be considered. But if Williams drops, he could go to the Raiders and leave Cooper for us.

No I would not draft Ray, he might be there @ 37.
