What's the loudest Jets game you've attended?

Opening of Shea - After every tackle by linebacker Wahoo McDaniel, the PA announcer would say "tackle by - guess who?"
And the crowd yelled back "WA-HOO".

Funny thing I was at both those games. They both have a special meaning to me because the game at Shea was one of the first games I attended with My Dad and Uncle and the Monday Night Miracle was the Last one I attended with them.

Well I calculated I must have gone to approx 400 games over 49 years .
Is that correct ?
The vast majority were leaving the stadium heads down with thousands of disappointed Jets fans.
Same ole same ole
God only knows why we kept renewing year after year.
Loud crowds far and few between

I'll have to say the best crowd environment I attended was at

The wild card playoff game vs Bills

Even though down 24-0 the crowd just kept cheering and getting louder and louder as the game went on ,

I can just imagine if the last drive ended in a TD pass by Todd instead of the Simpson Int.

Great game but in the end
We all walked out of stadium talking to ourselves
Again , heads down .

Anyone else at that one ?

Maybe suggestive now that you brought that up but that a might be it for me too as far as a whole game. Walked out of there thinking, well that was great, can't wait to go to more playoff games in the near term

Thought that '09 "last game at Old Giants Stadium" to beat the Bengals to make the playoffs was pretty loud too. Perhaps because we were all yelling out "Oh my goodness, it's $%#*ing cold out here !"

The single loudest moment, however, has to be the 49ers game at the end of Novemember in '71

Namath was out since early 1970, over 1 full year I believe when they brought him into the game to replace Bob Davis, down 17-0. the noise kept building from when he started to warm up until he limped onto the field. I do not think there was ever a louder Jets moment in their history. One of my all time favorite Jets memories. Almost brought them all the way back too. Can't believe that was a half-century ago

Marino. Putting that dagger right in the gut. I don't know if was the loudest game but after that play it was the quietest I ever saw it. I remember it was the longest walk back to the parking lot.

The inflated pumpkin getting battered around the stadium as Halloween approaches

the free give away hats burned in the upper deck

The pumpkin gets battered onto the field and security takes it into the tunnel

the crowd is furious
“ We want the pumpkin “
Chants and loud
The security guard returns through the tunnel with the pumpkin !!!!
Crowd erupts !!!!!!
Fun times
