When are Jets saying reason for benching

I thought someone in here would have figured it out that Zach did something far worse than comment to get benched to not wear uniform. For what’s was said to standing in clothes tells us something else happened and Jets are hiding it from scumbag media. If Jets wanted us to believe the comments was the reason is just plain silly. Come on put Zach in uniform or come clean with what he really did.

It was pretty obvious during the Week 1 Ravens game that Joe Flacco doesn't even belong in the NFL. Yet the Jets had him ahead of Wilson for 3 weeks. Seriously, what does that tell you about Lafleur? I'm not going to criticize benching Wilson for White. After all, maybe the coaching staff was about to lose the locker room. But Flacco should go sell cars or something. And I mean that very literally. Flacco was done 3 months ago. Lafleur's feet need to be held to the fire. This season is not one to throw away.

Yes. But we were talking about the demotion to 3rd string after the 10-3 patriots loss. And week 2 of the season, Flacco should've been benched for White if Wilson was unable to go. After the Ravens game, I would rather have seen Streveler. And I'm not exactly a Strevelr protagonist.

Why are you laying the blame on Lafleur, he’s not the head coach. It’s on Robert Saleah who dress on game day with input from position coaches and coordinators. Ultimately the head coach makes the decision.

Saleh usually keeps things honest to the press even when he's holding something away from public scrutiny. Zach's regressive play was the main reason. The game film tells the story. Receivers open and not throwing the ball or throwing off balance made many passes off target. The OL blocking to produce a pocket not knowing that he left when all he had to do was step up, and holding the ball when it was time to throw to open receivers. It was only a matter of time before the players got frustrated. Zach's lack of accountability rubbed players the wrong way even before speaking to the press. It was reported that players saw him walking around the locker room with the body language that the loss wasn't on his shoulders. There was going to be a divide in the locker room. Saleh knew he had to take action. Kinda explains why he was pretty late to his press conference the Monday after the second Pats game. More like fact finding and temperature taking with his staff about his team. Recall Saleh being all in with Zach on Sunday after the game, then had to regroup on Monday and say something different.

I believe the reason was, Zach being 3rd string and working on the scout team vs the Jets starters on D. He could work on his mechanics and not have to worry about any game planning and such. It was to take the upcoming game/games off his plate and concentrate on fundamentals.

After they saw what Flacco did, they probably think Zach, throwing lefty is better than that shit last Sunday.

Mike White was probably on the trainers table looking at that sack fumble on TV and said hell no, put my pads back on!!

Flacco probably should've been cut in preseason. This is not hyperbole. The only reason I could possibly see for not cutting him is a pump 'n dump by a division rival concern.
