Who will come out of nowhere to star on this team? Guys like Pryor and Leonard Williams don't count because they're coming from a good/great start.

Brandon Shell? - To the extent an OL can lead a team.
Freddie Bishop? - The next John Abraham?
Dee Milliner? - Stays healthy and thrives?

I believe Milliner has the talent, but I'm not sold yet until he can stay healthy. If he stays on the field, I believe he's a starter.

A reason why Milliner may be similar to Fitz is because if he stays healthy and proves to be a #1 or #2 CB he's going to want a big, guaranteed contract and Mac and Co won't want to commit to an injury prone player.

We'll cross that bridge if it comes. I just want to see him get through this season without any serious injuries. If he misses more than 4-5 games due to injury, or doesn't perform well when he's in there, it's a slam dunk. He's a goner.

There won't be anyone like that IMO. The closest you'll get to find someone to be an integral part of the team os Bilal Powell IMO. Powell was still ascending late in the season when injury struck him. He'll be an important weapon that Chan will utilize him early and oftyen in this offense this season.
